30-Day Cancellation Policy - Kenpo Macarthur Achieve Martial Arts Pty Ltd t/a Kenpo Macarthur CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS To cancel your membership, 30 days written notice is required from the date of your first written request. Cancellation must be submitted via email to jenny@jeffspeakmanmacarthur.com.au. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. PAYMENTS DURING NOTICE PERIOD All scheduled payments during the 30-day notice period will be processed in full and are non-refundable. Members may continue attending classes during the notice period. COOLING OFF PERIOD A 24-hour cooling off period applies to upfront or promotional memberships. After this period, payments are non-refundable. PERIODS OF CLOSURE Membership fees continue during public holidays, Christmas shutdowns, long weekends, and where online training is provided during government health directives. REACTIVATION If you return in the future, membership rates will be those applicable at the time of reactivation.

Suspension and Injury Policy Kenpo Macarthur Achieve Martial Arts Pty Ltd t/a Kenpo Macarthur GENERAL SUSPENSION CONDITIONS Membership suspensions are available for injury, illness, medical procedures, or work-related travel. All suspension requests must be submitted in writing. INJURY / MEDICAL SUSPENSION A medical certificate is required. Suspension is available for up to 8 weeks. If unable to return after 8 weeks, the cancellation process will commence. No refunds will be issued. WORK-RELATED TRAVEL Written notice must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the suspension period. Supporting documentation may be required. PROMOTIONAL MEMBERSHIPS Upfront or promotional memberships are not eligible for suspension. PANDEMIC OR HEALTH DIRECTIVE If online training is offered during closures, memberships will continue. Failure to select an alternative option does not entitle refunds. CANCELLATION DURING SUSPENSION If cancelling during suspension, the suspension ceases and the 30-day cancellation period begins immediately. Membership payments resume during the notice period.
