Kenpo Kids Classes (Ages 6-12)
Kenpo 5.0 Kids program is a space that builds confidence, responsibility and real‑world life skills. Children learn to take ownership of their training, work as a team and show respect, all while developing the awareness and self‑defence skills every parent wants for their child to protect themselves in the real-world.
Kenpo Teens Classes (Ages 12-15)
Our teen Kenpo program gives parents peace of mind, helping teens grow physically, emotionally and in real self‑defence while building the core values that shape confident young adults. We empower our students to lead by example, fostering a sense of responsibility. Teens finish the program already confident with many adult‑level techniques.

Whether under the banner of 'Ultimate Martial Arts' in the late 90's or 'The Achieve Centre' through the 2000's or more recently, 'Diamond Fight Academy', the Martial Art of Kenpo 5.0 has been the central and significant system taught.
Martin Gosling has been a direct student of Master Jeff Speakman (of The Perfect Weapon' movie fame in the 90's) for 26 years. Martin is one of the highest ranked Kenpo 5.0 Black Belts in the world. The Macarthur team of instructors are all direct students under Martin & Jennifer Gosling. We strongly believe that in order to excel at anything in life, you should possess solid values and a strong character that develop the dedication needed to achieve your goals.
